Job Description:

Educational Qualification: Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree/BE Completion from any of the recognized universities.

Key Technical Skills:

• Practical hands-on work experience with Blender tool and 3d max tool is preferred while modeling.
• The model must be on a real-world scale.
• Only mode the house exterior to keep the polycount/cost low.
• Export MUST be a gltf file, textures must be exported separately.
• During the export remove everything except the model including lighting, hdr backgrounds, etc.
• The realisticity of the materials should be based on base texture, bump/height texture, occlusion texture. (Source and apply your own textures. These will change depending on textures supplied by clients.) Do
  not use illuminance value, specular value, metallic value, or any other renderers’ proprietary algorithms.
• Each UV texture map should be stitched individually. For example, do not stitch brick with wood.\
• Prior experience working with any architectural firms/companies or on a product for at least 2-3 years
