JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strong knowledge of RF/Analog circuits, with the ability to drive architecture and topology choices.
• In-depth understanding of RF circuit blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, Power Amplifiers, VCOs.
• Ability to drive chip-level specifications for matching, signal path, RF isolation, Spurious analysis, frequency planning.
• Strong knowledge of circuit blocks such as base-band amplifiers, VGAs, op-amp-based filters, regulators.
• You must have familiarity with wireless or wire-line communication specifications and derivation of block-level requirements from these high-level specifications.
• Solid understanding of CMOS process and device physics.
• Understanding of semiconductor packaging and production testing.
• Hands-on experience testing your own designs in the lab and define production test requirements.
• BE / Ph.D./ME /MS in Electrical Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in RF/Analog design.
